 In no particular order, we share some great digital success stories with you. Some are those of big companies, some of smaller ones. Most importantly, the common factor is significant. Overall, they have made the greatest use of the digital world as we know it.
 

1. Porsche – customer at the heart.

 
The experience of a customer drives Porsche’s digital strategy. Most of all, all the customer’s data is pulled into a central CRM data center. This is then allocated to a unique ID. Throughout the entire lifecycle, the customer interaction at all points is documented.
 
Thanks to this approach, Porsche knows their customer’s expectations for each touch point.
Further, the data allows for real-time segmentation and predictive intelligence. This enables them to maximize their campaign success.  Indeed, this has led  to a significant increase in their sales conversion rate.
 

2. Deloitte transforms within

Recently, Deloitte reinvented and innovated themselves. This they did by founding a company called Deloitte Digital Today.
Most of all, they formed a center of competence. Here, all the technical, digital, and creative competencies were integrated. This is to support their client base on their digital transformation journey.
 

3. Smule

 
After seeing some success as a serial entrepreneur, Jeff Smith decided a begin a start-up. This needed his time but did not have to be full-time job. Hence in 2008 after enrolling at Stanford to pursue a PhD in Computer Music, he co-founded Smule.
He did not stop innovating. As a result, he was instrumental in creating some of the first interactive mobile apps. Further, he utilized the iPhone microphone. Now, more than 350 million people all over the world have used one of the company’s products. Smule is to the music world what Instagram is for images.
 

4. MindValley

Vishen Lakhiani is the co-founder of an award winning-company MindValley. This comprises of smart young people from 20 different countries. The company’s mission is to bring together marketing and technology. The aim is to help spread enlightened ideas.
MindValley works with authors, thinkers, revolutionaries and leaders. These are those who have pioneered new ways of doing traditional things. They comprise of various areas like parenting, entrepreneurship, spiritual growth, self-development and others. They have a new kind of publishing company one that merges software, mixed media, video. Further, they have social networks to put authors in the personal development movement. This is most appropriate for the internet generation . Most importantly, they bypass traditional media like printed books. Their ideas tend to seep into everyone’s business. Now, MindValley has become a testing-ground of sorts for new and experimental ways of entrepreneurship and business. They combine business, personal and spiritual life asking questions like what if employees practice meditation, visualization and expressing daily gratitude as part of their everyday work life?
 
The results have been a runaway success. MindValley has won two consecutive awards. This is for being the World’s Most Democratic Workplace.  Due to this, it is considered one of the top places in the world to work.
